ABOUT ME
Putting My Experience to Work

'I will serve our community empowered by my Army values of Courage, Candor, and Commitment."
We live in a city that was selected as one the “Best Places to Live” in the United States and I am very proud of us. I am running to ensure our city is running efficiently and transparently, we support the arts, and our city is sustainable and resilient, in economic and human terms. We need to work on infrastructure, and our plan should include green energy and improvements in our mass transit as a tool to mitigate our congested traffic patterns. As our city grows we must lead our community ensuring equity, equality and access to affordable housing for all our citizens.

I am a retired Army Master Sergeant, I served honorably 21 years of service, and I currently work at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital as a Clinical Workflow Analyst and healthcare informatics. I have over 36 years of service to our nation. I am a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and Certified health Technology Specialist – Trainer (CHTS-TR). I am married to Billy Burgett and we have three grown sons, one who is currently serving on active duty in the Navy.
